We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every pair comes with a 2-year warranty on the soles and a lifetime warranty on the stitching. Our shoes are built to last, and if anything ever comes undone, we’ll make it right. That’s our promise of quality and care.
Each pair is handmade to order, requiring 5 business days for crafting and 4 business days for shipping. Because of our made-to-order process, we do not offer priority shipping options. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and take 7 business days for shipping. We appreciate your patience as we craft something truly special for you.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, full-priced online orders can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange (minus a 10% restocking fee), as long as the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
