It all started in Tuscany, Italy, in the 1980s.
Marco Rossi grew up in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the timeless craftsmanship of Italian leather artistry. As a young boy, he spent countless hours watching his grandfather, Giovanni Rossi, a respected artisan shoemaker, carefully craft leather shoes by hand. The smell of rich leather, the sound of stitching machines, and the passion behind every handcrafted piece became part of Marco’s everyday life.
From an early age, Marco developed a deep appreciation for genuine craftsmanship—an appreciation that would later shape the future of Leathry.
For generations, the Rossi family was known for creating premium handmade leather footwear built on tradition, patience, and precision. Every stitch carried meaning, and every product was created with pride.
The Beginning of Leathry
In 2011, Marco took a bold step and launched Leathry.
His vision was simple: combine the timeless tradition of Tuscan leather craftsmanship with modern design, durability, and everyday functionality.
What began as a small workshop focused on handcrafted leather shoes quickly gained attention for its exceptional quality and elegant designs. Customers appreciated products that felt authentic, luxurious, and built to last.
