Shipping Policy

United States

  • Free standard shipping on every US order.
  • Shoes and boots are made to order. Making takes 2 to 3 days. After that, delivery takes 7 to 9 business days.
  • Bags ship immediately from our warehouse in Middletown, New York, and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Priority shipping (2 to 4 business days) is available at checkout for $39.99.

International

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout for your address, so you see them before you pay. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also enter it on our Track Your Order page.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for an order sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Email us right away if you need to change it.
