Returns & Exchange Policy

At Leathry, every product is handcrafted with care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return and Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Returns and exchanges are offered for store credit only. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of all returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or prefer a different design, you're welcome to request an exchange. To make the process easier and faster, we provide store credit once your return is received and approved. You can then place a new order at your convenience using the credit.

This approach ensures better availability of sizes and styles while keeping the process smooth for you.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@leathry.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We require that you send us the return tracking number once the item has been shipped back. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please email support@leathry.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • The tracking number once the item has been shipped back
