At Leathry, we strive to provide high-quality leather shoes that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. 
-Buyer Is responsible for return shipping

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please contact our customer service team at support@leathry.com to initiate the exchange process.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item and shipping the new item.

Warranty Policy
- We offer a 2-year warranty on the soles and stitching of our leather shoes.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Please contact our customer service team at support@leathry.com to initiate the warranty claim process.

Exceptions
- Sale items, customized items, and items damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items returned without all original tags and packaging intact may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Sizing

To guarantee the perfect fit, please double-check your size before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate size changes or returns due to a change of mind. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to reach out to our support team for guidance before placing your order.

Color Variation

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen display settings or natural material differences. Such variations do not qualify for a refund.
